hi. i'm not really from wallis OR futuna. in fact, i don't even know where those places are. isn't that remarkable? the world isn't so big, that a person should be able to not know the whereabouts of wallis and/or futuna. i'm living in oregon right now. before that i lived in amsterdam. before that i lived in new york. when people say, "where are you from?" i still say new york. everyone knows where new york is. but new yorkers didn't go camping enough for me. alas. i sure miss the bagels.
Here I am trying to look mean in the bus, trying to look big and mean though I am neither. When I want company I write in my journal - everyone wants to sit by the girl writing in her journal - but tonight I am big and mean, with two seats all to myself for the long trip to Split.
